I love fighting the Tuskers and more often than not it is a 1v1 even though I do not bother requesting one formally. A couple of times it has ended up with another Tusker landing on grid towards the end of the fight but I don't get angry and make unreasonable accusations about them on the forum, they are simply doing what they do.
By the way, thats 2 out of possibly 50 engagements I have had with them and I got out both times anyway. They are very nice people to talk to in game. I can't think of a single time they have acted unprofessionally or smack talked (I'm sure they would reciprocate if you are going to be a peurile baby yourself).
I've even been invited to join them taking a target down, ended up with them switching to me afterwards in a friendly fire spot of confusion and been pod ransomed, pod ransom honoured and then the whole lot refunded after the confusion! So I would say they are pretty honourable and decent people.
I even got a free Retribution to save me going back to HQ for a new ship after an arranged 1v1 with Sulei.
I really don't understand why you would be so hostile about losing a Drake by engaging someone in low sec without arranging the fight in advance. If you want revenge I am sure they will be happy to agree a rematch under fair terms.

Confirming I am a weekend warrior and go to Hevrice for some fast and reliable frig fun. EU tz Tuskers seem active enough that I can get a quick fix by heading their way. I never actually ask for a 1v1 though... It somewhat implied by the frequency with with I go visit but I never assume I will get one :)
I also chat with them in their public channel but dont believe it grants me any special treatment.
